Learn the ropes
Sure, it looks like a torture device. And it sometimes feels like a torture device. But the Reformer is one of the best ways to boost your strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Over four sessions in my home studio, you’ll learn the skills you need to make the most of the Reformer.
If you’ve got a machine at home (and you’re local to Denmark WA) I’m happy to teach you at your place.
A four-week course to get you acquainted
Classical Pilates 101
Learn your way around the Reformer and sink your teeth into the Pilates O-G: the Classical Order. Created by Joe Pilates himself, it’s a series of exercises to stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.
Is Pilates for you?
Pilates is suitable for any fitness level, with endless tweaks for when you’re ready for a challenge. But the Reformer can be tricky to get used to. Four sessions gives you a great baseline to continue — on your own, or with an instructor.
Your place or mine?
My sunny studio houses my prized possessions — including my top-of-the-line Gratz Reformer. But if you’ve got a Reformer at home (and you’re local to Denmark WA), I can teach you on your own equipment.
What’s on the menu?
Using your own goals and preferences, I’ll create a plan just for you. Got an injury? No problem. Individual attention and real-time feedback mean you’ll get the perfect workout for your body.
