Is Pilates for you?
Pilates is suitable for any fitness level, with endless tweaks for when you’re ready for a challenge. But the Reformer can be tricky to get used to. Four sessions gives you a great baseline to continue — on your own, or with an instructor.
Your place or mine?
My sunny studio houses my prized possessions — including my top-of-the-line Gratz Reformer. But if you’ve got a Reformer at home (and you’re local to Denmark WA), I can teach you on your own equipment.
What’s on the menu?
Using your own goals and preferences, I’ll create a plan just for you. Got an injury? No problem. Individual attention and real-time feedback mean you’ll get the perfect workout for your body.
I’m Clare.
I love teaching movement. It’s the best way to improve your strength, control, and confidence. But most importantly, movement is fun.
Pilates forms the framework for my movement practice, which is based on three key questions:
What’s your body doing now?
What can your body parts do?
How can it help you do the things you love?
I hold a Diploma of Matwork Pilates as well as Reformer Pilates teaching. As an Instructor and Functional Range Mobility specialist, I’m here to help you reach your goals — and have a good time doing it.
The bottom line
